Warranty

Since most products come with a two-year warranty, if they are discovered to be faulty or damaged at any point between the date of purchase and the date of warranty expiration, they may be replaced, reimbursed, or swapped. Please get in touch with us to make a warranty claim.

In accordance with this Warranty, Oteshen shall not be liable for any failure of the Products resulting from outside factors, such as acts of nature, physical harm, exposure to dangerous chemicals or other substances, use of harsh cleaning products or chemicals close to the Products, unfavorable environmental conditions, vandalism, fire, induced vibrations or similar phenomena that cause fatigue failure, harmonic oscillation, etc.

Delivery

Delivery time will be within seven days for sample , and thirty eight days for mass production .Don't worry about the delivery time .We will delivery the product as soon as possible .

Our product have full set of CE /ERP /COC/CB certificate .
